About the role:
As the Client Support Administrator, you will provide support across a number of key processes, providing completion of business-critical tasks in line with agreed parameters; ensuring delivery of a first-class support service to internal and external clients.
Processes include accurate and efficient on-boarding of workers for two of our business lines within agreed service level agreements, accurate processing of all amendments to worker contracts, supporting the 1st Line Employee Support team with queries and administration/data analysis duties.
We want you to have the freedom to build your experience as the Client Support Administrator where you will provide administrative support to support the Customer Services & Operations Manager and the Client Services team with a wide variety of office-based tasks including data entry, client correspondence and communicating effectively across all areas of the business.
In this role you will be undertaking you will be responsible for delivering, building relationships, ensuring objectives are met, and being proactive all the while independently handling the day-to-day responsibilities of the role with the full support of our Management team.
You are curious, creative, energetic and enthusiastic, able to multi-task and often work independently in a consultative manner with experience of forging and maintaining working partnerships with internal & external stakeholders. This is an ideal role for a confident, proactive, self-starter who can take the initiative and hit the ground running.
