About the role:

As the Employee Support Manager, you will be required to provide a robust, seamless customer focused service delivery to our clients ensuring that the team of Employee Support Officers you manage delivers against KPIs.

As the manager working a shift pattern covering the opening hours of 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and half day Saturday, the role is to lead and motivate your team of staff to ensure they’re giving the best possible customer service.

With responsibility for the day to day operational management of the team, you will ensure that service targets are met and that staff are well-organised and productive, as well as identifying initiatives and preparing plans to develop areas requiring improvement. 

About you: 

You will have leadership skills, with experience of managing a team within a customer focused, high volume environment. Bringing your wealth of experience and passion to the role to provide a service where the customers are the number one priority. 

Experience we are looking for:

  • Strong background in multichannel Call Centre with Customer Service expertise
  • Excellent experience of motivating and driving team performance
  • Evidence of workforce planning and management, as well as recruitment and training
  • Implementation and delivery of a quality monitoring/assurance culture
  • You will be able to coach, and performance manage your team to get the best for our customers 

Key responsibilities:

  • To manage, motivate and develop a team
  • Ensure standard operating processes are efficient and fit for purpose
  • Delivery of operational KPIs
  • Work across departments to create and deliver exceptional service for our Customers
  • Assist, lead and support the delivery of projects both internally within the Employee Support Department or as part of working groups across the business
