About the role:

 

As the Employee Support Officer, you will be providing excellent customer service by dealing with calls and written queries where you will be liaising with our customers to successfully improve on any issues, complaints, and enquiries received throughout the week. 

Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and we want to provide every one of them with a positive customer experience.  This is a permanent position and the hours of work will be between 8am and 6pm, on a rotational shift basis. In the future, there may be a requirement to work the occasional Saturday morning should volumes require it, so you should have a flexible approach. 

About you: 

With previous customer service experience where you have managed your own workload and strived for customer excellence. You are consistently hitting and exceeding targets and as an excellent customer service advisor able to successfully answer online communications on a daily basis. 

This role would be suitable for anyone who has a strong desire to go the extra mile for every customer and having some form of customer service experience is essential.
