About the role:

 As the home-based Employee Support Advisor working in a fast-paced high-volume environment you will provide a customer 1st service by successfully answering and completing customer issues, complaints and inquiries from our field employees via email, phone and live chat all the while making sure that situations where the customers’ expectations have not been met are turned around so that you are achieving an outcome that gives the customer a positive experience. 

Working from home on a Monday to Friday work schedule with the flexibility of working a shift pattern of 8am to 8pm in the future.  Full training and support will be provided as well as receiving continual development and engagement remotely. 

Requirements for the role:

  • Experience working in a customer focused environment
  • Great communication, verbal, written and listening skills
  • Empathetic manner when dealing with field employees
  • Able to follow process and policies accurately with good attention to detail  

About you:

You are empathetic, curious, wanting to make a difference, with the ability to multi-task and work independently from home in a consultative manner with experience of forging and maintaining working partnerships with internal & external stakeholders.
