This role is based on our Manchester officer, near Manchester Piccadilly station.

About the role:
As the Business Development Manager your primary focus is to identify Small Medium Enterprise (SME) clients to sell giant’s umbrella and accountancy services and cross-sell giant’s various service lines by networking, cold calling, email campaigns or other means of generating interest and plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with us.
- Experience in a cold call telephone-based environment with client facing experience
- Experience of developing and converting business opportunities
- Able to identify, evaluate and successfully obtain new business
- Experience of targeting new business predominantly through phone and email campaigns
With previous telesales experience where you have of developed and converted business opportunities by improving on new and existing relationships. You are consistently hitting and exceeding targets and as an excellent negotiator able to persuade, influence and sell.
