As the Welcome Team Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for New Clients, where you will be dealing with inbound and outbound calls, selling giant’s range of products. You will be measured in line with our agreed SLAs and KPIs.
With previous inbound & outbound sales experience, excellent telephone manner with strong rapport building skills who thrives on working in a fast-paced environment where you want to work in a highly motivated team environment and have your performance rewarded.
You have 6 months or more experience in converting referrals into sales, with the ability to quickly build product knowledge, whilst working to meet the team and your targets.
