The impact of your role

As a Customer Success Partner, you will have an impact on managing the relationships and retention of our key strategic global clients. Therefore, you will be responsible for championing successful client outcomes by being a trusted advisor to your client portfolio & the “go to” person for their strategic account needs, developing innovative ways to improve our service delivery. The desired outcome of this will be to support, nurture, and grow a strong relationship with our clients across the world.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Be an advocate for your client portfolio across Giant internal teams, instigating corrective action tracking and issue resolution.
  • Maintaining and adhering to contractual agreements.
  • Identifying and developing multi-level relationships with key decision makers to ensure retention and relationship stability.
  • Navigating complex issues, both technical and non-technical, using sound judgment and data to make decisions that are best for your client portfolio.
  • Conducting regular business reviews using value-add propositions to mitigate client risk and enhance background screening programs.
  • Developing strategic account plans to grow client revenue in screening and across group and achieve world-class client satisfaction.

Your ideal experience & competencies 

Ideally, you would have at least 5 years of experience in a customer success environment, with a proven track record of driving excellent relationships with international clients.

 You can only excel in this role with:

  • Ability to effectively communicate with senior level decision makers within organizations and successfully handle objections.
  • Ability to demonstrate a high knowledge and clear understanding of GDPR/Data protection and all aspects of handling and processing personal data.
  • Strong program management, presentation, and negotiation skills.  
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to deliver clear messages and create positive, impactful experiences for clients.
