We want you to have the freedom to build on your experience as the Training & Development Manager, where you will be devising and delivering a robust quality controlled and compliant training strategy that will monitor, implement and assess on an ongoing basis.

You will identify training and development needs for new and existing staff by driving suitable training initiatives that educate our support, sales and customer service teams to maximise customer onboarding, retention and satisfaction with the full support of our Management team.

About you:

You enjoy working out of our two sites in Chelmsford and Canary Wharf on a regular basis, you are curious, creative, energetic and enthusiastic with the ability to multi-task and work independently. 

With strong coaching and mentoring elements; you really understand how to support our staff to consistently learn and develop in a consultative manner with experience of forging and maintaining working partnerships with all stakeholders. This is an ideal role for a confident, proactive, self-starter with the ability to perform to a high standard, who is able to take the initiative and hit the ground running.
